What we collect

When you request an estimate, we collect the information you provide (such as name, phone, email, city or ZIP, service type, and optional project details). Hidden marketing-source fields (for example UTM parameters and referrer) may also be included with the lead email so we know how you found the site. We do not upload photos through the estimate form; photos can be shared later during follow-up. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical request data.

How we use it

We use estimate-form information to respond to your request and discuss painting services. We do not sell your information.

Where it goes

This site is hosted on Vercel. When you request an estimate, the details you enter are sent through FormSubmit and emailed to brightsteadpainters@gmail.com. The website can record simple, privacy-safe interaction notes in your browser (for example that an estimate button was clicked or a form was started). Those notes do not include your name, phone number, email, address, or project description. Vercel Web Analytics is not enabled on this project today, so those interaction notes are not sent to an analytics dashboard. If analytics is turned on later, this page will be updated.
